Underbelly is part
infotainment and part skit comedy. Their scripts blend research and wit as they
describe, rant about, and expose nerdy subjects in the vein of video games,
movies, comics, and the Internet. Underbelly covers a variety of live
events, including conventions, movie screenings, and functions they create and
host themselves. Underbelly could be described as a perfect blend of G4’s
Attack of the Show and Showtime’s Penn & Teller’s Bullshit and
is currently partnered with YouTube and Next New Networks. Shot
in a studio and filmed in HD, the show has some of the highest production
values on the web. Underbelly is the next step in web produced media.
